Firstly, please be prompt for your appointment as treatment must commence at your booking start time. If late you may have the treatment cut short, and will still be charged for the full session.

If more than 15 minutes late without notifying us, a 100% charge will occur and you may be turned away.

If you are not able to attend your appointment we’d appreciate you contacting us as soon as possible, enabling us to make the appointment available to someone else to avoid charges to you.  

 

Should you cancel or move your appointment less than 48 hours before, a 50% charge will apply. For no-shows or cancellations/amendments within 5 hours of your appointment, you will be charged in full.

This is regardless of any reason, as it is very difficult to fill a slot with little notice. We understand that circumstances happen, but we cannot take responsibility for this as a business.
