MEET TRAINER- ELLIE
Training
From attending endless training courses and workshops, I knew that I wanted to become a trainer myself.
I would ask all of the ladies that taught me how they got into teaching and would go away and look up every training option possible! I even found myself helping the other students on the courses when I had picked it up.
I wanted to take my experiences from the course (good and bad) and make them into my own!
I reward myself in being patient in teaching fiddly skills, being a quick learner and figuring out my own little tricks.
Now, I am an ambassador and affiliate trainer for one of the UK's top lash brands, LashBase.
Qualifications
I started out by training in Classic Eyelash Extensions which kick-started my career. Further alongside this, after working as a hairdressing assistant in other salons, I decided to complete my level 2 qualification in Women's Hairdressing at Sussex Coast College.
From there on, I took a course in Acrylic Nail Extensions to add another string to my bow. Its safe to say that I will not be a future famous nail technician! I hated it!
Moving on, after a year of doing classic lashes I added on brows to the list of qualifications and took a course in Russian Volume lashes as well as Lash Lifting and they got so popular!
I then added on facials and dermaplaning facials to my services, and again, they got popular!
I then decided to qualify in tape and micro-weft extensions but decided that my real passion was the face!
Keeping up with trends, I completed a NYC wispy lash workshop with one of the big names in the industry and learned to create the signature wispy lash look worn by the Kardashians, as well as Brow Lamination for the fluffy brow look!
